Brody and Brenna had their second snow day on Thursday a few weeks ago. Brenna was sick with a slight fever so she didn't get to enjoy the day as much as Brody. She spent the entire day on the couch. On a typical day, Brenna spends two seconds on the couch because she just has too much to do. Brody spent some time outside alone snowboarding and sledding. We played Monopoly and got some stuff done around the house. It wasn't a planned personal day for me, but it was great having a day at home with the kids.

Brenna's Santa's gift was a laptop. She jumped up and down and said, "Thank you for making my dreams come true." Brody got an iPod and he was just as excited. I love seeing their excitement on Christmas morning. Brody looks pretty good considering he was getting over influenza and strep.
