Brenna and Brody are quite a bit taller, a whole lot mouthier, and way more independent than when they made their grand entrace on May 22nd, 2005....but six years later, they are still my babies.
We decided to have a birthday marathon weekend. What were we thinking? It all turned out well, but it was a busy weekend. Brody's friend party began our marathon on Friday, May 20th, after school. Steve and I picked up five of Brody's friends to head to the Beaver Bowl in Augusta for bowling and pizza. We had time to spare before dropping off the kids in Osseo so we also made a stop at a playground.

Saturday was Brenna's day with 6 of her friends for roller skating and pizza in Eau Claire.

Sunday, Brenna and Brody's actual birthday, was the family/friend party at our house. Food, baseball, pinatas and playing!

By Sunday evening, our six-year olds were tired...so were their parents!
Brenna and Brody have grown up so much this past year. I am so proud to be their mom and I can't imagine life without them.
